I started my running program about a month ago - it is time for a check up now. I've been good, have only missed one day reason being that I was alone with Toddler and running with him just doesn't work. I also had to cut my first run this week short as my legs just didn't want to run. Was it because of lots of walking in Brussels last weekend, too hot or did I drink/eat too much/little - don't know but just couldn't make it. The second exercise this week went fine, back on track.

We are experiencing really hot summer this year, temperatures have been around 30 degrees for a couple of days now and looks like that is what we'll get the rest of the week, too. I still try to stick to my running program though. Yesterday I had an early lunch break and went out for my run at 10 am - in cool 25 degrees.
